Be honest, we’re all interested in what the Kardashian’s eat. We may not all be fans of theirs but they do openly share their lives with us and share what they eat. Today, we’re trying Kourtney Kardashian’s famous avocado pudding. She made it on the show and said she liked it room temperature but it’s better served cold. Being that she’s the healthiest member of the family we were interested in trying this green dessert. It’s only 3 ingredients, our favorite so we can’t get it wrong right? Being green means we’ll feel healthier, haha. But honestly avocados are good for us and so is honey. So let’s blend this baby and see if more avocado in our life is needed. Thanks Kourtney Kardashian for introducing us to green avocado pudding!

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Make sure to use canned coconut milk as it’s thicker.
2. Put your coconut milk in the fridge so it’s cold if you plan to eat right away. Also, shake it really good before opening the can so it’s mixed well.
3. No need to use Manuka Honey! Sure, it’s thicker and probably has a slight stronger honey taste but it’s also way more expensive. We thought good o’honey was just the same. Taste the pudding to see if you like sweeter.
4. If you have time, put it in the fridge before serving. It sets better and thickens up.
