The virtue of reading sholawat:

First, those who pray for the Prophet Muhammad will be rewarded by Allah with 10 blessings. This is based on a hadith, “Whoever prays for me once, then Allah swt blesses him 10 times.”

Second, the person who prays to Rasulullah SAW, Rasulullah SAW himself will pray for him. This is based on a hadith narrated by Imam Thabrani from Friend Anas bin Malik, “Whoever prays for me, the blessings will reach me and I will pray for him, and for him 10 goodness will be recorded.”

Third, the person who reads salawat for the Prophet, angels will also pray for him. Because, there is a hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad from Abdullah bin Umar ra, Rasulullah saw said: “Whoever prays for the Prophet Muhammad once, then Allah swt and his angels will bless him 70 times.” In another hadith it is stated that angels will pray for those who pray for the Prophet Muhammad as long as he prays.

Fourth, the person who prays for the Prophet Muhammad will be elevated in rank, added to his goodness, and eliminated his badness. This is based on the following hadith narrated by Imam Thabrani, Imam An-Nasai, and Imam Al-Bazzar from Abu Burdah bin Nayar. That is, the Messenger of Allah said: “Whoever sends blessings on me from my people sincerely pray from his heart, Allah will bless him 10 times, raise his rank 10 times, record for him 10 times the good, and erase for him 10 bad things.”

Fifth, people who pray will get a reward equivalent to freeing 10 sincere slaves because of Allah SWT. This is based on the hadith narrated by Ibn Abi Asim from Al-Barra bin Azib ra.
